Issues and Candidates

What is a Political Action Committee (PAC)?

A PAC carries the IRS designation 527. Section 527 of the IRS codes says that the purpose of    a PAC is to influence the outcome of elections. One of the functions that a PAC can legally    carry out to influence election outcomes is to  fund the  "other-side-of-the-story" campaigns    about particular candidates and/or issues. PACS can support candidates or issues    campaigns.

                                              What are positive campaigns?

Ads for candidates and issues usually present them in a positive light, very upbeat, and    can be  purposely filled with mis-information. Candidates love to persuade voters    through limited information. They expect that the voters will not hear any side of the story    but the candidates' version of what they want the voters to believe. Without counter ads,    this mis-information is accepted as the only truth about the candidates or issues,  and voters    unwittingly might vote for candidates and issues based on a slanted, biased partial reality,    deliberately designed to mislead the voters .

                                             Why are negative campaigns needed?
A 'negative campaign' counters this misinformation with the other side of the story. These    ads can expose information about candidates and issues that the voter would not    otherwise learn. This information should present a more balanced picture of the candidates    and issues, arming the voter with a better opportunity to make a more informed decision.

Knowledge is power and negative campaigns are powerful.
How would UCWPAC counter the issues mentioned on this website?

Possible issues in the next election will involve: [1] the truth of marriage and the threats to     it; [2] the unborn's right to live encoded in our state's civil codes; [3] an education system     that perverts our history, heritage, and laws and that ignores real threats to our government     and way of life; [4] and further makes a mis- application of a law that  promises that our     children do not have to leave their family's values at the school house doors; [5] reasons     why Constitutional laws regarding voter qualifications are necessary.

Using Campaign Finance Laws to Protect Donors

Donations of more than $100.00 per year are reported to Campaign Finance Committees and     posted on websites.  Donors' required personal information is also posted. UCWPAC's     solution to this intrusion is to accept $8.00 per month from donors per year. While the     donations have to be reported, no personal information will be published, because the     yearly amount of donations per donor is only $96.00.

By setting up a monthy withdrawal of $8.00 from your checking account or credit card,
you will maintain a steady supply of funding for the counter-campaigns required in every     election to be sure that voters know the entire truth before they vote. And this PAC will     protect your anonymity using the laws of campaign financing.

You will NOT be contacted by anyone from the PAC to join in protests, make telephone calls,     walk door-to-door and pass out flyers, or anything else that requires your time away from     your job and family. If you or your children wish to participate in such activities, contact us     and we will put you in touch with groups who need volunteers to do just  these sorts of     valued and necessary campaign activities.

Campaign financing is hugely expensive, so we need many hundreds of thousands of     donors in order to do the work of informing voters of the truth they will not otherwise hear.     If you want to help get out the truth that is usually suppressed or ignored about these core     family and American issues, then plase get involved with this PAC. Tell your friends     and family that there is a way to tell the voters the truth about marriage, families, education,     and United States Constitution voter qualifications.

Please go to our Contribute page and                            set up your monthly donations now.
You are now part of the political process!                       Thank you for getting involved!
