HATE CRIMES BILLS ALERT!!!
FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW
S. 909 Matthew Shepard Bill - H.R. 1913
Both bills provide $10,000,000 in grant money to be given to community groups (ACORN),
colleges and universities.
This vital information is found in: S.909 Section 4 (b) GRANTS (2) – H.R. 1913 Section 3 (b) GRANTS (2)
These bills will make actual or PERCEIVED ‘gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity’ to be motivations for committing hate crimes. Find this information in: S.909 Section 4.(a) (1) (C) – H.R. 1913 Sec. 6 §249. Hate crimes acts (2)
“Sexual orientation” is never identified in either S.909 or H.R. 1913.
The American Psychiatric Association defines 29 deviant sexual orientations in its Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders”, Fourth Edition 2009, pp 566-582 (DSM-IV). Only heterosexuality is listed as a normal sexual orientation. For a longer list go to http://action.afa.net/Detail.aspx?id=2147485903
Included in the 29 deviant sexual orientations are Gender Identity Disorder, Homosexual/Gay/Lesbian, Incest, Pedophilia, and Prostitution.
NARTH clinics, with decades of experience and evidence, says homosexuality and gender identity disorders are deviant behaviors that can be treated www.narth.com
§249. Hate Crimes Act will be added to the United States Code Chapter 13 Title 18 Civil Rights, thereby equating “sexual orientation” (including homosexuality, incest and prostitution) with slavery.
United States Code Chapter 13 Title 18 Section 245 is entitled “Federally protected activities”. http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/casecode/uscodes/18/parts/i/chapters/13/sections/section_245.html
If these bills pass, prostitution will be a federally protected activity, since it is included in ‘sexual orientation’ as a protected status by both Hate Crimes Bills. Incest and pedophilia will no longer be crimes.
Section 245 “Federally protected activities” includes (a)(2)(b)(1)(B) – which states that no one shall interfere with anyone’s civil right of “participating in or enjoying any benefit, service, privilege, program, facility, or activity provided or administered by the United States;”
This includes a career in the United States Military.
By raising “sexual orientation” to a protected status by both Hate Crimes Bills and the United States Code, the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy that forbids homosexuals from serving in the US Military would be negated.

WASTED ON CHOICES OF SEXUAL BEHAVIOR

Below is a list of our U.S. Congressional Representatives and their phone numbers. Next is contact information for both of California’s U.S. Senators, Barbara Boxer (don’t call me “Ma’am”) and Dianne Feinstein, both democrats.
Take a moment to call these offices – have in mind what you want to say. If you want to quote anything from this newsletter, feel free. Take notes.
Tell them:
>>>you understand there is enough research and evidence now that proves that gender confusion is not genetic, it is caused, not something one is born with.
>>>you know that treatment works in many cases and people can be and have been restored to their normal gender identity.
>>>you feel great compassion for people who have had such a damaging childhood that their own true sexual identity is at risk.
>>>you believe that marriage is too important for anyone to redefine it, only because some people do not understand how important marriage is to civilization.
THEN TELL THEM TO VOTE “NO” ON THE

Since the major group that is being targeted with this bill are faith-based, there are some pro-bono attorney groups who may file a lawsuit against these laws, and might possibly tie them up in court for a while. This might keep them inactive for some time … if a judge will hear the case.
These attorney groups have been extremely successful in protecting religious liberties for those people who have been threatened by the government, simply because they are Christians. (We have not heard of any muslims being so targeted, or any other religious group).
Contact these attorney groups and ask if they have any alternative filings in mind to stop the Hate Crimes Bills in Court. Determine if this is an action you may want to join in, or originate.
